| 詳細資訊 | — Instils the importance of safety in every staff and achieve zero accident in the area of responsibility— Manage & execute PGP project with safety, schedule and budget control.— Support implementation and compliance of Quality, Safety and compliance standards— Provide Training and coaching to site personnel on relevant PGP Engineering and Ops matters— Manage technical aspect at PGP production plant.— Manage initiate Engineering projects associated with PGP plant upgrades and plant improvements— Review and manage ongoing production process project at the operational level— Manage production process project for safety, schedule, cost, quality of system in LLH ESG plants— Educate production process engineering / project team to successfully execute project 出差外派需出差，一年累積時間約三個月以下工作技能專案成本╱品質╱風險管理、專案時間╱進度控管、專案規劃執行╱範圍管理、專案溝通╱整合管理、專案管理架構及專案說明、行銷製作物規劃與執行、提案與簡報技巧其他條件— Engineering Degree level education — Proven leadership, management & coaching skills with in depth knowledge of business processes and strategy— Minimum 5 years of experience in gas operations— Highly developed Engineering skills— Ability to develop technical solutions in line with PGP business.— Strong data processing and analytical capability — Ability to create and lead multi-functional teams— Strong communication & problem solving skill— Project/change management skills— Demonstrated ability to work across functions— Team player — Good interpersonal skills - the ability to influence all levels of the organization is critical— Seeks to continuous improvements on current processes— Good communication & information sharing skills— Fluent in written & spoken English, and conversational local language |
